SEA MOSS


Benefits:

Consuming Sea Moss Gel:

-Take 2 tbsp or more of gel a day in smoothies, apple sauce, oatmeal, etc. anything with similar texture. The gel itself is tasteless so it is all about matching it’s consistency. You can also consume your sea moss by itself.

-You can consume your tea hot or cold, with or without honey or almond and oat milk
